In addition to helping our clients with contracts, we also offer services to help our clients retain their contracts in an orderly manner and comply with the terms of their contracts using state-of-the-art document management systems and knowledge management products. These services help clients keep track of key dates for deliverables and milestones, as well as when to send termination or non-renewal notices for their myriad of contracts that have “evergreen” survival terms.

We also help clients review and audit existing contracts and standardize deal terms across various customers and suppliers.
