About Jeff

The founder and CEO of Business Law Advisors, Jeff has nearly two decades of experience as a corporate and securities lawyer. As a founder and entrepreneur himself, Jeff has a passion for working with fellow entrepreneurs from the inception of their ideas through exit events and navigating management through their most challenging transactional and commercial matters.  

Jeff has represented a number of Fortune 500 and Nikkei 225 listed companies on some of their most fundamental transactions and brings a wealth of experience regarding the complexities of cross-border operations and transactions.

Jeff graduated from Drake University with a degree in economics and earned his juris doctor with high honors, Order of the Coif from the University of Iowa College of Law.

Prior to forming Business Law Advisors, Jeff practiced in two different large international law firms in Chicago and earned the rank of partner in one of the firms.
