About Jennifer

An established corporate paralegal with several years of experience supporting attorneys and clients in entity formation, governance and structuring matters, cross-border subsidiary management, as well as business tax issues, Jennifer values building strong client relationships and acting as an extension of the attorneys she supports.

Prior to joining Business Law Advisors, Jennifer supported multiple attorneys in a collaborative environment for a law firm in Greenville, SC, obtained in-house experience while supporting a large international business, and served as an intern for a private law practice in Greenville, SC. She graduated from Greenville Technical College in Greenville, SC with an Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX.
