About Stephen

Stephen has over seven years of experience advising clients on corporate law matters, primarily serving as outside general counsel for a wide range of local and multinational businesses. Stephen has substantial experience in complex strategic commercial contract drafting and negotiations.

Stephen has in-house experience garnered during an extended secondment with a large global enterprise where he gained significant understanding of the inner workings of the company and management processes.

Stephen graduated summa cum laude from Clemson University where he majored in History.  Afterward, he earned his law degree summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a Senior Managing Editor on the Michigan State Law Review.

Prior to joining Business Law Advisors, Stephen practiced with a law firm in Greenville, SC and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Geiger Lewis, United States District Judge in Columbia, SC.
